Submission of Copies of BIR Form 2316.

1. Scan and store the original soft copies of BIR Form 2316 using “PDF” file format in a Digital Versatile Disk-Recordable (DVD-R). The filename shall contain the following information:

·         Surname of the employee;

·         Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of the employee

·         Taxable period.
       Example:  Dela Cruz_1234567890000_12312016

                2.   Label the DVD-R. 

               

                 3.  Submit the DVD-R to the BIR Officer where the taxpayer is duly registered with:

                                         

                        v     Notarized Certification prepared according to the format of the Regulations and duly signed by the authorized representative of the taxpayer certifying that the soft copies of the said BIR form are complete and exact copies of the original.
